VAX 360 is used for the exchange of electronic documents. The documents are transferred manually via VAX Transfer or FTP/SFTP. mySupply is responsible for service and support of VAX 360.
If the number of documents exceeds the maximum quarterly limit that has been established between mySupply and the customer, the agreement is automatically upgraded to the next solution or document package.
VAX 360 can easily be used by multiple enterprises, e.g. by a parent company and its subsidiaries or a service bureau hosting multiple ERP systems. This requires a special agreement and set-up of the system, however.
The customer is responsible for the monitoring and administration of the electronic documents, including tasks such as correcting any errors found in documents.
Documents stored in the system, in addition to the current month and previous 3 months, will be automatically archived. Archiving is billed separately.
