VAX 360 can be integrated with any internal system as well as a number of external networks and systems.
VAX 360 has a number of built-in services that need only be activated before they can be used. This includes, for example, the variety of document types and conversions supported by the platform, but also additional validations of the contents of documents (document firewall).
VAX 360 can process documents in different ways. The platform allows users to create extra copies of a document or create document packages (such as an invoice with attachments). It is also possible to incorporate scanning functions and an invoicing portal into the platform.
Every electronic document contains detailed information and specifications which is archived in the database. This allows you to create reports, overviews and analyses for a variety of purposes. A dashboard can also be set up to create a continuous, up-to-date overview of document management.
